DEA looking to reschedule marijuana as a schedule 3 drug

The names of Southern Colorado law enforcement officers killed in the line of duty are now on the Colorado Law Enforcement Memorial.

House Bill 24-1372 went from nearly a complete ban on officers using the prone restraint which is when a subject is face down on the ground with their arms out, to requiring law enforcement offices to create specific policies and procedures on when to use the restraint.

Paul Paradis who owns Paradise Sales in downtown Colorado Springs tells 11 News over the last few months he has seen about half of his customers choose to pay with cash rather than their cards.
