MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. – A Miami Gardens woman was arrested Tuesday after police said she threatened a woman after she refused to let her smoke her husband’s medical marijuana earlier this month. She also harassed her with an unwanted pizza delivery, authorities said.
Miami Gardens police said officers were dispatched to an apartment near the 60 block of Northeast 202nd Terrace in response to a report of written threats to harm an individual just after 9:30 p.m. on Aug. 4.

Police said they spoke to a woman who reported receiving harassing messages from her neighbor, Jennifeere Jinius.
The victim told police that trouble began earlier in the week when Jinius, 24, came to the woman’s apartment and asked her husband, a medical marijuana patient, to smoke his marijuana. When she declined, the situation escalated, authorities said.
Authorities said Jinius began sending threatening text messages using third-party applications that altered her phone number, making it difficult to trace the messages, according to an arrest report.
The texts included images of guns accompanied by messages suggesting she would cause bodily harm to the victim and her family, according to investigators.
In addition to the threatening messages, the victim reported that Jinius ordered a pizza from Domino’s and had it delivered to the victim’s apartment “as a form of harassment,” police wrote.
The woman also provided police with Ring camera footage showing the delivery driver arriving at her door, authorities said.
When officers contacted Domino’s, they confirmed that the order had been placed under Jinius’ name. The victim was then advised by police to obtain a restraining order against Jinius.
Police said the victim sent an email to the Miami Gardens Police Department, attaching a screenshot of another threatening text message she had received from an altered phone number.
Later that day, at approximately 5 p.m., officers went to Jinius’ apartment and took her into custody.
Authorities said Jinius made a statement that was redacted in the publicly released report.
Jail records show she is facing one count each of writing threats to kill or injure, threatening or harassing a victim through a phone call and violating an injunction to protect a victim against stalking.
As of Wednesday, Jinius is being held at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center, where her bond has not yet been determined.
