SMITHFIELD – A Princeton man is accused of stealing marijuana during a break-in.
Tristian Ray Tyndall, age 29, of Howell Road, Princeton was charged April 14 by the Johnston County Sheriff’s Office with felony breaking and entering and felony larceny.
Deputies allege Tyndall walked uninvited into a barn used as a “hangout” on Braswell Road in the Brogden community earlier that same day stealing marijuana valued a $20. There was no forced entry.
The marijuana was reportedly recovered and seized as evidence. The report did not indicate if the victim and suspect knew one another.
Tyndall was given a $15,000 secured bond at the Johnston County Detention Center.
