ST. CLOUD — The St. Cloud Planning Commission has a busy meeting on Tuesday, May 13. There are five public hearings, which include:

Amending a planned unit development to construct Elm Ridge Apartments, a 40-unit complex for individuals with extremely low income and a history of housing instability.
Center City Housing
is listed as the applicant. Amending a planned unit development to allow for a cannabis retailer at 2102 Eighth St. N. Centennial Plaza LLC is listed as the applicant.Allowing a three-stall addition at the existing Legacy Auto Sales for minor motor vehicle repairs. Legacy Auto Sales is at 500 25th Ave. N.A request from Kyle Mangel to allow commercial and multi-family housing at 4509 and 4119 33rd St. S. Amending the city’s land development code to add a substitution clause for non-commercial messages.
