OKLAHOMA CITY (KOKH) — A glitch in the licensing portal that the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority uses inadvertently canceled thousands of medical marijuana business licenses.
The OMMA said they are aware of a glitch with the Thentia platform.
They are urging businesses that were affected to reach out to them.
The OMMA also said if a business received this notification, it can continue operating.
A licensed grower in the OKC area received an email around 3 a.m. notifying him that his license had expired.
The grower said thousands like him received similar notifications in the middle of the night.
