LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — David City Police were called to a convenience store Sunday on reports of a disturbance.
While officers were speaking to those involved, they said they smelled marijuana on one of the suspects.
The odor was also coming from the car of those involved, and police said a large bag of marijuana was clearly visible on the front seat.
A search of the vehicle yielded 2.07 ounces of marijuana, as well as a substantial amount of THC wax, pipes, scales, and other drug paraphernalia, according to police.
The driver was arrested on suspicion of driving under revocation, possession of more than 1 ounce of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and disturbing the peace.
The Butler County Sheriff’s Office also assisted in the arrest.
