LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT, Herald-Leader) – Lexington’s former home of the Big Boy burger may soon become the city’s first dispensary.
According to the Herald-Leader, Arkansas entrepreneurial duo Casey Flippo and Sean Clarkson are transforming the Alysheba Way Frisch’s Big Boy location into a medical marijuana dispensary.
Complete with a drive-thru, compassionate care discounts and “budtenders,” it would be the first of its kind in the city of Lexington.
Flippo told the paper that the budtenders will be “extremely knowledgeable about the medicinal applications and appropriate use of the cannabis that’s being dispensed.”
He also told the Herald-Leader that demolitions inside the former restaurant have already begun, with the plan being to open for business in mid-November.
