TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – A man is behind bars after Tallahassee Police seized 47 pounds of marijuana from a townhouse this week.

On Monday, police searched the home of Willie Belvin, 37, on High Road. They say they found the marijuana as well as cocaine, butylone, two guns and thousands of dollars in cash.

Arrest papers say Belvin tried to run when officers knocked on his door. Investigators chased after him down, tased him and arrested him, per the documents. The papers also say that he was on probation at the time of his arrest and that he had an unrelated out-of-county warrant.
