A full Cleveland Police statement reads: “A 39-year-old man has been charged with producing a controlled drug of class B after a substantial cannabis farm was located in Marsh Road, Middlesbrough, on Saturday 17th May.
“The farm is currently valued at up to £1.9million in street value. The man is due to appear at Teesside Magistrates Court today, Monday 19 May.”
