The Missouri Division of Cannabis Regulation issued a marijuana product recall on Tuesday involving products sold by manufacturing licensee Nodaway Holdings LLC, license number MAN000086.
The Division may issue a public notice of recall when a marijuana product poses a potential threat to health and safety.
No adverse reactions related to the product have been reported to the Division at this time.
The marijuana product in question was recalled because its design resembles non-marijuana products. Missouri regulations prohibit marijuana products from imitating the appearance of non-marijuana products to prevent accidental consumption, particularly by children.
