Beaumont — Beaumont Police Narcotics Detectives with help from SWAT, a K-9, and the Special Assignment Unit, carried out a search warrant for possible narcotics trafficking at a home in the 3300 block of Texas Street.
During the search warrant, detectives located about 10 pounds of suspected marijuana and two handguns.
The lone occupant, 49-year-old Derrick Guilbeaux, was arrested for possession of marijuana and transported to the Jefferson County Jail.
