Perry, N.Y. — A Wyoming County woman has been charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
Bobbie Ellis, 44, of Perry is accused of providing her kid, who is a minor, with a cannabis-infused brownie for consumption.
She’s also charged with personal cultivation and home possession of cannabis for allegedly possessing 21 immature cannabis plants, which is 15 more than what’s allowed by state law.
Ellis was arrested May 21, arraigned and released on her own recognizance, according to the Perry Police Department.
