Michael Sylvester Dennis, 37 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found with a pound and a half of marijuana during the execution of a search warrant at 233 Pennington Avenue.
Reports added that the marijuana was packaged in individual packages as to be resold.
Dennis is charged with felony possession/distribution of marijuana and probation violation.
