REDWAY, Calif. — Two people were arrested following an investigation into an illegal pot farm at a home in the Redway area on Wednesday.

The Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) said its Marijuana Enforcement Team (MET) served a search warrant on a home in the 100 block of Riverview Lane as part of their illegal cannabis cultivation investigation.

Inside, the HCSO said MET officers found over 5,000 growing cannabis plants, as well as over 875 pounds of cannabis bud, over 9 grams of LSD tabs, 16.6 grams of liquid LSD, 22.3 grams psilocybin “magic” mushrooms, 71.8 grams os suspected ketamine, a nonserialized AR-15 rifle, an unserialized pistol and $21,000 in cash.

Forty-year-old Asha Fellion was arrested and booked into the Humboldt County Correctional Facility on the following charges: cultivation of marijuana, possession of marijuana for sale, maintaining a drug house, conspiracy, possession of a controlled narcotic, narcotics for sale, and failing to provide an itemized paycheck to an employee. Similarly, Teerawan Meekan, 45, was also arrested at the home and booked for cultivation of marijuana, possession of marijuana for sale, maintaining a drug house, conspiracy, failure to provide an itemized paycheck to an employee and failure to pay minimum wage.
