Walworth, N.Y. (WHAM) — Two men have been charged with manufacturing and possessing with intent to distribute thousands of marijuana plants in Wayne County following a multi-agency investigation.

In January, the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) began investigating a large-scale illegal marijuana cultivation operation on Daansen Road in Walworth after a complaint was filed, according to prosecutors.

Investigators reportedly determined Ferrydoon Ardehali, 55, of Staten Island, and Colby Riggle, 37, of California, were running the operation under the name “Integrity Farms & Greenhouses, Inc.” and selling cannabis to several authorized growing facilities in New York, including in North Tonawanda, Niagara County and Clarence, Erie County.

Integrity Farms & Greenhouses, Inc. both were reportedly never issued a state license to grow marijuana, according to the criminal complaint and the New York State Office of Cannabis Management.

Prosecutors said a search warrant was executed on the Walworth property Wednesday, when investigators seized roughly 29,406 marijuana plants and 3,700 pounds of processed marijuana.

According to the criminal complaint, the marijuana was discovered in six separate grow rooms on the expansive six-acre property.

If convicted, Ardehali and Riggle face a mandatory minimum sentence of 10 years in prison and a maximum of life behind bars, prosecutors said.

Their attorney has not yet responded to 13WHAM’s request for comment.
