OKEECHOBEE, Fla. (CBS12) — A woman is accused of selling marijuana and using juveniles to sell her products at local schools.
On Tuesday, members from the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Task Force and the Community Action Team executed a narcotics search warrant at 1613 Northeast 11th Street after a narcotics investigation. The search warrant stemmed from information and tips from concerned citizens and confidential sources about the suspect, Alkeecia Clayton.

Deputies allege Clayton, 22, utilized juveniles to sell her products at schools in the Okeechobee neighborhood and that she utilized a 16-year-old to conduct the transaction on one occasion.
During the search, deputies found 66.53 grams of marijuana packaged for resale, 17 grams of THC products, commercially packaged cannabis seeds, two firearms and drug paraphernalia.
Clayton was arrested and booked on counts of multiple sales of marijuana within 1,000 feet of a church, possession of marijuana with intent to sell within 1,000 feet of the church, contributing to the delinquency of the child, possession of THC resin and possession of drug paraphernalia.
