Mayor Eric Adams and Gov. Kathy Hochul celebrated a win with the passage of new cannabis enforcement measures in the state budget.
State Assemblywoman Jenifer Rajkumar has been front and center in the fight against illegal smoke shops, holding rallies and introducing legislation known as the SMOKEOUT Act.
