GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) – The Cannabis Licensing Authority in Grand Junction heard from 2 of the 6 unopened businesses asking for an extensions for their opening day.
We first told you that the city gave out 10 cannabis business licenses which are:
Lucky Me Dispensary, LLC dba Lucky Me Dispensary Cam Cap dba Grand Junction Greenery, Canna Care, LLCWestern Colorado Marijuana, LLC dba The GarageGolden Rookie, LLC, RJJ Grand Junction, LLC dba Native Roots Grand JunctionKai Dispensary, LLC dba Kai DispensaryColorado Greens, LLC dba The Green HorizonColorado Alternative Health Care, Ltd., dba Colorado Weedery Zuma B, LLC dba Elevatebut
Cannabis product manufacturers are required to have both a state license and a local license. So far, only 4 have opened.
Yesterday, the Canna Care requested an extension for cosmetic reasons and the Golden Rookie asked for an opening extension.
The last day to open without an extension is March 30th.
