Xavier Williams, 18, and Zylen Reshard Middlebrooks 19, both of Rockmart, were jailed in Rome after a traffic stop resulted in police finding a large amount of marijuana and three guns.
Police said that they stopped Middlebrooks for driving 75 mph in a 55 mph zone on Ga 101.
During the stop, officers added that they found 44.5 grams of marijuana and three firearms inside the car.
Both are charged with possession of marijuana, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.
Middlebrooks is additionally charged with speeding.
