COLUMBUS — The Ohio Department of Commerce’s Division of Liquor Control and the Department of Public Safety sent out a message Wednesday to remind Ohioans that cannabis is not allowed on premises in places with liquor permits or patios.
Since cannabis is still considered a controlled substance per the Ohio Administrative Code, even though it was legalized in the November election, restrictions remain in effect, the government agency announced.
